How to request deletion of your data from marketWHY, a product of doubletheWHY LLC.
Request Data Deletion
To delete your data from the marketWHY platform, email:
privacy@doublethewhy.com
Subject: “Data Deletion Request — [Your Organization Name]”
Include the email address associated with your marketWHY account and your organization name. We will process your request within 30 days.
What We Delete
- Your user account and organization record
- All stored social channel credentials (OAuth tokens, API keys) — revoked and deleted
- All stored AI/LLM API keys
- All draft content, campaign data, and approval history
- All generated assets (images, videos) from storage
- All audit logs and brand configuration data
Content already published to your social media accounts lives on those platforms and must be deleted there directly.
Meta (Instagram / Facebook) Users
If you connected your Instagram Business Account or Facebook Page:
- Send a deletion request email as described above
- We will delete all Instagram/Facebook-related tokens and data within 30 days
- You can also revoke access directly from Facebook Business Integrations or Instagram Authorized Apps
